I am so thankful for Manae’s care and attention that she gave my hair today. I was incredibly nervous trying a salon in Japan because my Japanese is very limited. But we communicated through Google Translate. Manae carefully explained what type of treatment and color would be best for my hair. She blended my grey hair to give it a natural look, which is what I’ve been wanting for a long time. She paid close attention to the type of cut I wanted. I am so happy with the outcome and cannot wait to return to this salon when I come back to Japan. Manae, thank you SO MUCH!!!

We are visiting from Hawaii and my daughters and I would like to get our hair done while we are here in Japan. Hiroto and the other lady staff made every effort to make us feel welcome and accommodate our request even with the language barrier. Hiroto with the phone translate app was able to understand what I needed at the end and my hair and my 2 girls' hair look fabulous. He patiently and meticulously worked on all of us for a total of 4 hours! Thank you so much for your amazing work and made us all look pretty! We hope we can come back again and I will recommend this hair salon for any tourist wanting to get a great hairstyle!
